Abstract: This study examines the influence of quality management on project outcomes, aiming to: 1) assess the effectiveness of quality management practices, 2) evaluate the impact of quality management on project success, and 3) recommend strategies for improving quality management. A survey design was employed to collect data from project managers and quality assurance professionals. Using Taro Yamane's formula, a sample size of 365 respondents was determined, ensuring a 95% confidence level and a 5% margin of error. The study was conducted in the pharmaceutical sector in Lagos, where quality management is crucial. The reliability coefficient score of the survey instrument was 0.88, indicating high reliability. Findings indicated that robust quality management practices, including quality planning, assurance, and control, significantly enhance project outcomes. Recommendations include adopting standardized quality management frameworks, providing training on quality management, and ensuring continuous improvement in quality management processes.
